Everything was perfect! Great service.
Always efficient and well organized. We have been extremely pleased with the service and cost as they are very reasonably priced.
Great service all 'round from pick-up to drop-off. Clothes are returned nicely folded and smell great. I included 1 garbage bag full of just (black) socks, returned all sorted and neatly folded. Just that in itself is worth it; if you've ever had to sort a bunch of black socks, you know what I mean!. Only minor critique was the bags returned that are claimed to be 'reusable', some had knots that were tied so tight it took 20 minutes to untie, or I had to cut them open with a knife, rendering the bag not-reusable.
