Working with Rachel has been a fabulous experience. The sessions have been supportive and enlightening. Taking the time each day to listen to the recording and completing the food log have been game changers for me. I highly recommend Rachel.
I went to see Rachel after losing my mum and step dad within 3 months of each other. We also had to have our dear old dog put to sleep just afterwards too, which compounded the loss. I've never done hypnotherapy before, I won a relaxation session in a raffle. Rachel made me feel comfortable and safe. She listened to what I had to say and taylored the session to meet my needs. I learnt a great deal even after just one session. Would definitely recommend.
