very bad service didnt want to give me the parcel i showed the tracking with the link and the adress and name on the parcel but took a photo of me and threatened to call the police will not be coming here was a regular customer but not anymore stay clear from this headache of a shop
0 stars. Extremely rude man at the counter. I had a really frustrating experience with Simply Food and Wine on Bath Road . They refused to accept a parcel that was delivered to them simply because it was “too big”—apparently, they only accept really small parcels. Nowhere is this policy stated or communicated, so I had to go elsewhere , costing me time and extra money. If there are size limits for deliveries, customers should be made aware before sending anything, this store should not offer this service. Extremely inconveni... read more
