I can highly recommend Gary and his team. From start to finish Gary and his fitters went above and beyond, waiting patiently for us to be ready to go ahead without the hard sell, offering options to suit our need and budget, answering all the questions. Posting on behalf of my Sister Victoria Provis. Recently had laminate flooring and carpet fitted and what a fantastic job was done. The company and fitters were so professional, friendly and competent. I would highly recommend them for price service and work completed, on pricing cheaper than high street carpet companies but result amazing.
Gary was excellent, he came out to us at a convenient time, he had all the samples for us to choose from and we could also keep hold of them. His quote was supplied quickly and was easy to understand and laid out all out options. Ordering was a simple process and fitting was booked quickly and at a date suitable to us. The fitters were polite, helpful and efficient and they left everything clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Simply flooring and will be using them again in the future. A superb and personal service from start to finish. Knowledgeable, patient and always good advice. I have used Simply Flooring every time I replace a carpet or need new flooring. No need to go anywhere else - they're the best.
