The whole team was amazing always helpful especially Sophie who kept me calm when I was worried my sale would not happen . I would highly recommend them to help you if you are buying or selling .

My review on simply Estates especially the Rhuddlan branch is that they are rude, unorganised and unprofessional. Down to there emails no hello, good morning/afternoon, no kind regards nothing just a bluntly rude aggressive email. When popping into their office on several occasions there is no greeting they ignore you for 5 minutes - this has happened on 3 occasions. We moved out end of January and they withheld our deposit saying there was damage re decoration needed and a final clean. We left the property in better conditi... read more
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Especially if you are a tenant. Had the worst possible experience with them.
