The company was great at working with our complicated schedule. The text messaging was always very helpful. The sales representatives were very knowledgeable. The men who worked on the roof were polite especially since the house is 92 years old and does not have outside electricity. They also cleaned the area well.
Simplicity Roofing made my roof replacement extremely easy. Having never been through this process before my experience was fantastic from the beginning. They handled everything with the insurance, were extremely responsive to any questions I had, and performed great quality work in a very short amount of time. If I ever need any roof replacements or repairs in the future, they would be my first call!
The company uses high quality CertainTeed Landmark shingles. The team was very efficient. The work was completed in one day. *************************** is very responsive and flexible. He was willing to accommodate all our requests. The entire process was seamless and enjoyable. We are extremely satisfied with the newly installed gutters as well, they look gorgeous.
The office staff were friendly and helped me schedule quickly. They took care of communicating with my insurance company as well. The work crew was efficient, friendly and cleaned up very well. Im very happy overall.
Easiest interaction Ive ever had concerning dealing with a contractor and insurance. I literally had to do nothing aside from approve the plan they and my insurance came up with and away we went. The roof crew was very professional and friendly as well (even waved to my daughters as they looked out the window to see what they were up to). Very pleased with the work done.
Hello. First of all I think this company is simply fantastic. The owner David and his entire team. Alli H. is front office, she is so personable and knowledgeable about the whole operation of the company. David also made sure. I was happy with every single aspect of my house. Truly impressed with this company. ***** impressed me with his computer skills and handled all of insurance matters. I barely had to talk with the insurance company or the appraiser.
