They have not completed my project that was started back in March and it’s now October. They’ve taken my money and won’t contact me back. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY
Started out great then came the time of getting my roof and shed taken care of. They reached out to me in middle of November saying they are ordering the parts for repair. ***** went over the entire process step by step made sure we understood what would be done, the materials that would be used, the insurance process, everything. We felt very comfortable when he finished.Then really worked with our insurance company to ensure they would civer all that needed to be done and the materials. DJ, ****** and **** were great to work with. Simplicity did an awesome job. We even had them replace our old gutters. They did a great job on them also I highly recommend them as a go to company.

It was a great experience. ***** went through the process which was very helpful. He helped with the color for the roof along with gutter color. Alli was awesome with any information that I needed. Crew showed up on time all work including new roof decking, gutters and ventilation was completed same day. Great job.
Very professional and engaging. Communicated well and someone always answered. When we discovered some nails they sent out people to clear all all them up on the Saturday evening before Easter Sunday
This is the second roof job Ive had on my 30-year-old home, so I was able to compare the two jobs, the first of which was done by a company on State Farms recommended list. The Simplicity job was accomplished in the same amount of time, but more care was taken to details, and that resulted in a lot less debris around the house. Also the places where the roof connected to flashing were much tighter (the first job left a small opening at a peak that attached to flashing).
