It’s a really good environment to stay in, very connected. Building management can do so much better.
Simple life really need to take control of their tenants, leaving threatening notes on cars parked outside the block off the main road- if you have issues with the local authority not being able to collect rubbish, how is that someone else’s fault? freshwharf estate itself has no room for the rubbish vans to park so they park on the road. Don’t be fooled the five stars are their staff🤣🤣 they are a scam company they will steal your deposit they don’t look after the property issues and they lie their staff are very useless
Absolutely filthy place! Horrible management. Every week, this is what you’re gonna get. Not mentioning RATS and cockroaches hanging around. We’re fuming, Simple Life doesn’t care!!
