I went into the Reigate branch and was warmly welcomed by Loretta who happily explained the Amtico LVT range I was after. I booked in a home estimate upon this first visit as i was generally impressed by the non-pushy sales approach. May I please say a big thank you to Loretta at the Reigate branch for her incredible service from start to finish. We had great advice about the products we choose for our lounge, dining room and hallway and we were kept informed every step of the way regarding the progress of our order. We opted for priory oak in herringbone pattern in our bedroom. Completely transformed the room. Looks amazing. Would highly recommend. Rob who laid the floor was fantastic and did a really great job. October 2025: they were so good we came back and had all our carpets replaced. Lovely carpet, professionally fitted around our timescales. Would definitely recommend
Loretta was fantastic from start to finish, keeping us informed and guiding us through the whole process of buying our new Amtico flooring. We absolutely love the final result and can’t wait for the weather to get a little cooler to try out the underfloor heating.
