3-7-2025. I had pain in my eye. Simon Kleyn, following a range of examination techniques on the NHS, he found that I had a dry patch on one eye and showed me on a screen where it was. He recommended hydrating drops.
My appointment was right on time. Simon took his time to explain what he had seen on the xrays of my eyes. I was happy with the explanation and expertise as well as his advise on steps to take regarding my eye care .The lady at the reception was nice and quite professional.
Recently, I have had dark spots coming across my vision and flashes of light too in my right eye. These developed further and Simon referred me to the Hospital, because this was progressing, over two weeks. Simon saw me for scans two/three times to check on me. Simon’s care and reassurance was outstanding. I would recommend visiting if you have any concerns, including advice on dry eye. Simon Klein diagnosed cataracts in both of my eyes so I was referred to Newmedica eye clinic in Ipswich. The treatment I received there was simply outstanding, from the initial consultation to operations and after care, the staff went to great lengths to re-assure me and make sure I understood what would happen and why. I recently had cataract surgery, which I was referred for by Simon Kleyn Optometrist. Simon sent me to Numedica in Ipswich for the procedure, and I’m incredibly grateful for the experience. The surgery was carried out on both eyes, three weeks apart, and the entire process was quick and efficient.
