We had a great experience with Simon and the team when buying our house. Our seller wasn't the best at communicating and Simon was great at managing this and trying to move things along. I'd have no hesitation in using Simon and team for a future sale- hopefully not for a while though!
Simon, Maddy, Ruth and Charlotte make a very professional team. From the initial meeting and valuation to the marketing of our family home the process was swift and seamless. Simon conducted all of the viewings and a suitable buyer was found quickly. We received weekly updates on the ‘chain’ from Charlotte. Cannot recommend the team enough. We sold our Mum’s house, within a week of putting it on the market we had offers and even though two fell through they were incredibly quick at getting new potential buyers in. All offers were communicated quickly and impartial advice provided when needed. The house next door to Mum’s took over a year to sell, ours took 16 weeks and sold for £45k more despite being in a similar condition.
