Simon was very polite and helpful over the phone. I queried approx a month ago regarding an immigration issue and he phoned back ( a bit late but was thoughtful enough to check on his clients). Have not dealt with him F2F, but I can feel ( based from that brief conversation we had) he can do wonders for you.
