I owned a flat where John Simmons managed the lease hold for about 7 years. During this time they always responded to any concerns we might have had in a timely and friendly manner. They smooth the process of selling the flat as well.

John Simmons were my managing agent for over 20 years, initially as a leaseholder, then as a Director and with share of freehold. They were instrumental in coordinating the collective purchase of our shared freehold when it came up for auction. As a leaseholder and latterly a Director, I had a very positive working relationship with Jonathan and Michael. They supported us to keep service costs down and to keep on top of maintenance and throughout they provided a quality and personable family run service.

Many of the prior reviews are from a long time ago, so let me provide some feedback; John Simmons have managed my block, since owning the property, for the past 3 years. They have a dedicated associate who responds to my emails and requests the same day (if not within the hour). They also have kept the block management fee's to an acceptable level. I'd recommend this company especially their associate Michael, but even then, when he's not in others in the office are helpful. Absolutely no issues whatsoever, I guess time pass... read more

Need months of chasing. Don’t reply to emails or calls. Leave properties to deteriorate. Don’t communicate effectively. Give huge bills for unnecessary repairs, demand immediate payment, but fail to address real issues and instead cut corners. Avoid.
