Bought a 2013 Mazda 2 Venture for £3100 on the 20th of March 2025 and never received the V5C. I emailed the DVLA, and they said they were unable to trace an application to transfer the V5C into my name, despite me calling Silverstone and telling them i hadn't received it after 7 days, when online it usually takes only 5; They said they don't send it straight away because of a "7 day return policy" incase I no longer want the car, so I said okay and waited some more, but found it a bit odd.
