I’ve worked at Silversea Lodge for 3 Years,I work alongside some wonderful carers each one kind and caring. Our home is a happy one, We have different activities everyday and a fabulous hairdresser that comes in every week, we have our very own Therapy cat and he is loved by all, this little cat brings so much happiness to our lovely residents, it’s an absolute joy to work here and to make a difference to someone’s life..

I worked her for a year most of the staff are kind but when I left it took me 5 months to get my wages and was told I wasn't aloud holiday pay Some staff just sit around an ignore buzzers and comment on no not her again I loved rhe residents there But wouldn't advise any one to work there management are terrible and have no respect for there staff

In all my years of working in the Care Profession, I can honestly say that I have never experienced a Care Home like this one. To say that having a Relative living there has been a stressful and traumatic experience, is an understatement. I would not want anyone else to have that experience. Thank God my Relative has now moved to a Good Care Home and can enjoy life again. This is such a huge relief.
