Appointments can feel a little brief due to the 10-minute limit, which makes it hard to convey properly the scope of your symptoms. Some doctors are more approachable, while others keep more closely to the schedule. Normal test results are not followed up which can leave you wishing for a bit more clarity when symptoms continue.
You can only book an appointment for the same day and only in very short specific booking times. Terrible function!
EDIT: Whatever the team is doing digitally, they’ve just wiped out my medical history and previous test results from my previous GP. Just brilliant! I’ve just moved to the area and this has been a terrible GP booking experience. There are massive things broken with the booking process at this GP and it’s incredibly frustrating. 1) The Evergreen App is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve just moved to the area and this has been a terrible GP booking experience.
