You can only book an appointment for the same day and only in very short specific booking times. Terrible function!
EDIT: Whatever the team is doing digitally, they’ve just wiped out my medical history and previous test results from my previous GP. Just brilliant! I’ve just moved to the area and this has been a terrible GP booking experience. I get a appointment for 11.15 n still been seen what a joke
I’ve just moved to the area and this has been a terrible GP booking experience. There are massive things broken with the booking process at this GP and it’s incredibly frustrating. 1) The Evergreen App is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. The whole team from the receptionist to Amy the nurse was really sweet. It was really easy to check-in and everyone was smiley. Amy was really informative, understanding and respectful. All NHS nurses learn from her
