UPDATE I have been there several times since with various pets and cannot fault them The receptionist was lovely and very helpful ,the vet however made me feel like I was an inconvenience even though I had an appointment, he really wasn't interested,in my dog at all even though this was the first time he had seen her as I had just changed from vet savers i was literally with him for 30 seconds but still costing me a decent amount of money ,however I'm putting this down to there was an emergency admitted just before me and th... read more
They are wonderful, as soon as walk in to when you leave , can't rate them enough.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at Silvergreen vets in Wisbech. We have just today, collected the ashes of our gorgeous dog Lucy, after her life ended last weekend. The vet, and staff were so wonderful to us. A horrible, trumatic situation, that was dealt with professionally, and with total kindness. We will treasure her pawprint, and the card you sent us. Many, many thanks.
Georgia was absolutely amazing with our Bob. Following on from Bob’s surgery, Bob became very unsettled and distressed. After calling the Vets and seeking advice from Georgia she couldn’t do enough for us a little medication some reassurance we went home with a settled Bob. I couldn’t recommend this vets enough!
These vets and nurses,and staff actually care about your pets not just about money they are a credit to vets, excellent ,I wouldn't use any other
