Worst doctors surgery I have ever experienced. Zero compassion from staff with regards to mental health issues who refused point blank to pass a message to my GP stating that I had to wait for a face to face consultation meaning I would miss a deadline for neurodivergency assessment.
I visited the surgery this Monday as my asthma had got very bad over the weekend. Although it’s a bit of a pain filling in an E consultation it seems to work well as I’ve always been seen or dealt with that day, which is great. I saw Dr Wong today and I was really impressed at how professional, kind and thorough he was at helping me get control of my asthma. I’ve been really impressed with surgery and staff at both practices in general. So thank you for the wonderful service and keep up the great work.
I recently had to complete an e consult to get a GP appointment . I was then allocated a 1:1 with one of the GPs. I given my medical history I was very touched by the thoroughness, kindness and advice given by the GP. He was so concerned that he even consulted with another colleague before completing the consultation. Thank you so much
Do not register with this practise, instead register with an online GP service as it will save you time. This GP does not offer appointments they instead use a NHS online service to redirect you to others. So you might as well just bypass them as they are simply a spare wheel & extra delay in your treatment. I was blinded in one eye for a week, the GP refused to see me or proscribe medication.
