Fantastic staff
Ordered emergency script first thing 8:30am was told on the morning it would be done but would have to wait until after 2, so waited until after 2 only to be told by another member of staff it had not been done and would be requested then, I explained I was going away and had no medication and could not wait any longer as had already delayed journey waiting all day.
