The worst care according to me. They cancelled the short breaks for my autistic son with very short notice. We had lot of issues with the silverberry management, but we beared all that because the carers were good and nice taking care of my son. These companies don’t understand that autistic people are facing difficulties with sudden changes in their day today routine. Anyways, I will not be taking any service from this company again, nor I will recommend people to take it. Good bye.
We had very specific cultural requirements for the care of our Dad, Silverberry not only meet but exceeded our requirements. The organisation from Tara, Dani and Benhildah provide the structure for the excellent carer's to give our Dad a tangible benefit every day they are with him.
My disabled brother has had many carers over the years, and we have found Silverberry to be the best! The 3 carers he has are excellent and the office staff are very helpful and pleasant on the phone. Danielle the manager really goes the extra mile to ensure they give the best service they can - much appreciated, thank you!
We can't rate Silverberry Care highly enough. Having not enjoyed a respite stay within a care home, we opted for 24 hour live in care via Silverberry Care for mum this time around and wow what a difference. Mum was happy in her own home, enjoyed the company of her lovely carer, Daktari, who was a joy to have around the house and nothing was too much trouble for her. Infact from the moment we contacted them, we experienced exceptional service from the team. Thank you!
I first met Silverberry Care a year ago after arriving home after a short spell in hospital. Having checked with a number of care providers, I met Kayleigh from Silverberry who proved to have the best and warmest approach, offering the plan most suited to my needs. This has been borne out over the last 12 months. During this time I have found their carers to be caring, friendly and efficient, as is their head office which is always helpful. I could not wish for a better company to assist me.
