After a washing machine disaster and a leak in an old pipe, I found that my internal Stopcock was jammed open and would have been a nightmare for any future leaks. I contacted Silverback Plumbing who were able to give me a quote over the phone with only a few pictures and set my mind at ease. First class service,, Needed a gas engineer ASAP and Chris was here within an hour as told on the phone. We had been left without any supply of gas after a new cooker delivery the day before. They had drilled through the gas pipe when installing. After being left so disappointed it was all rectified swiftly by Chris, damaged pipe sorted,cooker installed,checked the gas mains and made sure our boiler was back on and working. We would highly recommend Chris and will definitely be using again. Thank you
Gave honest and practical advise when he wasn't obliged to, solved a problem and now has a long term customer off the back of his advice. Rare to find somebody genuinely helpful when there are so many sharks out there. Trustworthy and honest which is all you can ask for. 5* & 100% recommend.
Very pleased with the service I received. No call out fee, the plumber arrived gave me a price and fortunately could do it straight away. Very quick and efficient, fixed the problem by replacing several parts. Cost as estimated, very happy. Recommend highly.
