Great experience with the Silverain team who assisted us with some building work pre installation of a heat pump. Silverain had to dig up and relay existing patio, and it looks as good as new. Very pleased to discuss with Ally how this could be best achieved, and have these guys working in our garden, they are efficient, tidy, job well done. Thankyou to Dan, Jamie, Harry and Corey.

Silverain worked on a handful of external stair tiles, which have had to be re done & fixed by them three times - after initial job deemed not up to scratch even by Silverain owner. Tiles kept cracking in the same week as being relaid (repeated 3 times over). Solution seems to have been layering 3 different types of glue (some soft, some hard) on top of old glue without cleaning underneath… of course they have cracked yet again!
