Somewhat gob smacked - I ordered a new radiator cap for a "A" reg ford 4610 - ok postage was as much as the cap but a total of £10 or so was well worth it and the website said I could expect delivery within 4-5 days which I could live with - not withstanding that you always want it now. Pointless place to buy goods, just go elsewhere
Needed info on parts I was going to order for mf 35 and mf trailer as I am restoring them, shows pictures but no info on the website in description or specs. Rang probably 10 times over multiple days all at times before and after their 1 hour lunch break, but no answer, not once... After reading the other reviews with delivery issues and no response to peoples emails, I think I will spend my money else where.

Had an out of production part where the manufacturer recommended upgrading the whole back axle to the next release costing hundreds just for a track rod end. This company not only found a new replacement part they did it for supply the very next day.
