I have been running for 3-4 years but last year i was hindered by an achilles problem as well as an issue with my hip. Both on the right side. The best! I was referred to Elle by a spine specialist as I had a bulging disc and in quite a bit of pain. Having had a disc issue before, which needed surgery, I was convinced this would need surgery again. But Elle fixed the issue! I have been seeing Elle for the last few weeks for lower back pain and her treatment and the exercises she gave me have made a huge difference. Before, I could hardly do anything. Cooking and cleaning were pretty much impossible and I couldn't even step into the bath to get a shower as I couldn't lift my leg high enough. Over recent months I have had cause to visit Elle for treatments for knee, arm, neck and hip problems and can only praise her skill and professionalism as one by one she has rid me of the pain these various complaints have been causing me. Especially the hip pain which I had convinced myself was evidence that at some time in the future I would be needing replacement surgery.
