RecommendedThe service department was great to work with.
For decades my family has been buying their vehicles from Sill-Terhar Motors. Until now. We had a terrible experience! Our issue was misdiagnosed 3 times, then finally the part BROKE before they could figure it out costing me a ton of money! It was so frustrating and they were less that service oriented! We will never go back for repairs or to buy their vehicles.

Mitch our service manager, who I believe you spoke with has a bit of a different take where the complaint was a smell of fuel, so we went up and down the fuel system to try to figure out what could be leaking and it was only after a fluke memory on Mitch's part that he was able to discover the smell wasn't fuel at all, but lubricant from the transfer case, a rare problem. I had some extended warranty work done on my Ford Explorer last week and Sean (Service Tech) went above and beyond in keeping me fully informed of its progress. Sean also researched my extended warranty to receive the best option for repairs to my advantage. Sean is truly an advocate for the customer.
Great service, quality work
Two thumbs up to Ted and Scott for taking care of us (again) with damage on our Escape. Another two thumbs up to the Collision Tech(s) that did great repair work.
Very professional and courteous. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Service was fine, but be warned that they will send you several emails a week continuously asking for a review and feedback. Very annoying. I'm hoping doing this stops the email deluge.
