after using Quick-Lane which was just fine...I was told I would need new tires very soon and the rep went over various options for me...I wanted to check on pricing at Discount Tire in Boulder before committing and the rep told me he would match any price I received...I called back to Sill-Terhar Motors 3 times within a 24 hour period and still have not received a call back...which has now been 5 days...very disappointed

🤬We have had our 2013 Focus, which we bought at Sill-Terhar in 2013, into the service department several times for the same transmission issue. The car shudders when depressing the gas pedal from a stop. Each time the condition has not met Ford's specs for warranty work. Additionally Ford had a 7 year extended warranty because of this problem. We took the car in again a couple of weeks ago wanting to try again to see what could be done with the car. The service department is Great. They take care of what needs done and recommends what coming up on your vehicle. I have 170,000 break down free miles on my F-150 so far. Thanks for keeping me on the road and off the back of a tow truck!

Good communication. Was in for routine maintenance last two times. Kept the car Overnight and parked it in the service bay to protect the custom paint job. Good folks.

A few weeks back I had some diagostic work done on my Focus and the oil cap was left off causing a mess on my engine from oil coming out the filler hole. It took a week of trying to get Mitch to call me back and after sending an email to sales, Jeff was awesome and got me a call back the following day. Mitch, Josh and I made me an appointment for yesterday 10/10 to have my engine steam cleaned yesterday and a complimentary oil change. 5 Stars!!! - I've reviewed the QuickLane before and this will be no different. I always get great service - they always over estimate the time... and I always get my car back more quickly... and it is always done with great service!
