Renovated in June 2007, Silk City is actually two places joined together. The diner was originally built by the Silk City company in the 1930s. If you are familiar with the old Silk City menu, expect changes. I love this place :) it is a hidden jewel. I've been to 5 star restaurants that don't have food this good. My family ate here yesterday and before we were done eating they were asking to come back... It was delish!!!!!
I love this place. The food is amazing... However, on parties of 5 or more (lower than industry standard), you charge 20% gratuity which is a higher than industry standard... And the service isn't that great. If you're going to be sheisty, give me service that feels worth it.
