Disgusting - no customer service. Nobody answers the phone. I ordered wreath rings for orders I have for my floristry business paid £7.99 postage - they have taken the money and still not delivered. Waited over ten days and can't get in touch with them
Ordered polythene wrap expecting to be a large roll. £9.99 for wrap that will do about 2 hampers if I’m lucky, RIP off and will not buy from here again. Only went and ordered off amazon and it came from this place. Disgusted to say the least especially when I can get wrap for £15 and get about 100 hampers. Lesson learned !!!
Difficult to find. When you do find it it's closed (during its opening hours) and no-one is manning the phone. It's not run like a business, I think it is probably somebody's part time hobby.
