Staff was friendly and patient with me having my first root canal and not knowing what to expect. The billing was a bit expensive but explained well.

It is sad when a professional who takes an oath to help people charges double the prices and then refuses to even discuss terms for customers who continued to pay the outlandish prices. To leave a loyal customer who was in great pain and distress without an option is truly indicative of doctor who has no compassion. What adds even more insult is that I was a customer who referred several customers over the years.

I'm sorry to hear you find our prices too high. They are however, very competitive for our area. I realize dentistry can be expensive. We are happy to work out a variety of different payment options for you.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff that appeared eager to make my visit as pleasant as possible. Dr. Westphalen worked wonders in the short time I was there on my first visit. The rest of the staff was efficient, thorough in their duties, and took the time to answer my questions.
