The Doctors and other technicians did a good job. There was a hard sell I did not appreciate from the clerk. After waiting 10 minutes I was taken to the back and had an x-ray done promptly but then I had to wait over 40 minutes before anything procedure began. The biggest problem was while I waited I had a chance to look around and see how dirty the room I had was.

Signature Smiles is always very prompt with appointments, their staff is nice and I love the hours that they have extended to. It makes it so much easier to find an appointment sooner than normal. I'm always taken care of and I am told the financial aspect of my procedures before I leave my appointment. I would recommend to anyone!

This last visit the staff who polished my teeth was great. Front end office is always polite and professional. But the main procedure (bridge) that was performed was not explain in detail if I knew that they were going to file my perfectly good teeth down I would have never gotten it done and it really hurt. Dentist said he was going to clean around those teeth not file them down the bridge is uncomfortable and does not feel real. I guess this is a procedure that I have to live with.
