Dr. Solomon was more than professional, as was his dental assistants who cleaned my teeth. Everything was great from that perspective but unfortunately one receptionist upfront did not handle herself in a professional manner. I was not aware that I had to pay the full $79 upfront and when I tried to explain that I would need to transfer bank funds over to my account, she said the credit card could still go through and she scanned my credit card and rudely stated the amount in my account, although I fully knew how much I had ... read more

It was great. Dr.Solomon listened to what I wanted then explained how I could accomplish my goal. I left the office with confidence that I would have a beautiful smile again.

The staff was great, however, Dr. Solomon, showed no compassion or empathy. As a new patient, I was taken aback by the lack of caring. I was told within in hour I would have to remove several teeth. Of course, I knew something would be pulled, but not that many, and for the Dr. to have shown little or no compassion was awful. You have a gift and that's wonderful, but don't forget to show care for all patients. God bless.

I found Signature Smile online and called early Saturday morning after having broken a tooth on Friday night. They were very friendly on the phone and told me I could come in immediately. From the moment I came in the door I felt very welcome and the women at the front desk were very helpful.
