I was quite pleased to find your office as inviting and professional as Rianne had portrayed you to be. Toni and the receptionist were helpful and I felt confident that they were professionals in what they did. The young lady who did the x-rays was proficient and well trained. The dentist did an exceptional job of explaining my needs and I felt I could trust him as to the recommendations he made.

Having stepped into the office as a 'new' client, I was alert to all aspects of the patient experience ~ from reception, to staff encountered, cleanliness, thoroughness of the dental procedure and the 'general feel' of Dr. Solomon's office... Dr. Solomon did a PPR on my teeth and spilled some of it on my face. It chemically burned my cheek. I had a blister and now it looks like it's going to scar. My boyfriend called back to tell them and the front desk girl couldn't have been less sympathetic. I will never be back. Also, this survey won't let me rate zero stars.

I am so pleased with my new dental office. The staff from the front desk, to the hygienist to the dentists were truly amazing. I need so much care for my teeth . I am terrified of the dentist since 8 yrs. Old. U have carried that fear thru adulthood. My children never knew because I take them regularly to the dentist. Your office has allowed me to erase my lifelong fear of the dentist. Thank you so much for relieving me if my fear of the dentist.

Myself and my family have been going to this dentist for over 13 years and we just love the staff, Dr. Soloman, and the high quality services we receive. Dr. Soloman stays very up to day on all the new advancements and technology within the dental field and this makes all the difference in his dental practice. He has the best bed-side manners I have experienced, especially if you are coming to him with a dental emergency. You can't get better than Signature Smiles, I am always satisfied!

Outstanding. I, like many, was afraid to go to the dentist. The entire staff was very friendly. I did not have to wait. The procedure I had done was not painful at all ( has been in the past) and they constantly asked during the procedure if I was alright. They have gained a customer for life with this type of service.
