Just had the entire en-suite that Signature fitted end of Sept/ beginning of October 2023 torn out and replaced. Another company came to the rescue, In their words “the shower had likely been leaking from day one judging by the damage” & their parting words “there is not a single thing in this bathroom that has been done correctly” They also commented on how it appeared my main bathroom had been done by someone else. “It’s ok, no real issues” was their comments.
