Disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I won’t recommend Signature at all as a tenant. We had a terrible experience with them that ended well because of our resilience otherwise they would have taken an enormous amount from the deposit that wasn’t justified despite the house wasn’t exactly in ideal conditions (full of mould). The letting manager wasn’t ever available and it took us 2 months to get our deposit back. Worst experience ever!
Was sceptical about the speed promised to market our property but Glynn delivered. We met on Tuesday our home was live on the Thursday evening. We had our first viewings booked for the Saturday which resulted in the offer we accepted on the Monday. Glynn booked and carried out all viewings making selling our home much easier then we could’ve imagined. Throughout the process Glynn kept us updated and gave us feedback. He went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend using signature estates.

We had a very disappointing experience with Harrison Hobbs at Signature Estates. After viewing a property and expressing our interest immediately via email and in person, as instructed, we heard absolutely nothing back. Despite following up the next day by calling the office, we were told that the property had already been taken.
