I use flexible desk space across the IWG group. This gets a 1 star as they don't even have a microwave to heat food and I was told this is due to health and safety reasons - people using non microwavable containers. Totally diabolical. If I want hot food I must pay to have it delivered. While I do love a lot of the venues within the group, I would not recommend this particular venue at all. Next they may remove the chairs for health and safety reason because someone fell off of one......

I came here to visit my physio, the clinic is regus’ client. I had good experience here. Before my appointment, I would speak to the receptionists and they will ring the tenants to let them know their guests are here. Whilst I was waiting at the reception, the receptionists seemed very busy. Calls were coming in constantly. The toilets are clean. It got a nice view of HSBC from the main reception.
