I have called this centre multiple times over the last few months. I had to provide a slew of documents and remote ID verification, which is fine because all businesses have anti-money laundering regulations that they have to comply with. What I object to is being billed for services that were not provided because it took them forever to confirm they had everything they needed. FRAUD!!!! DO NOT RECCOMEND!!! I recently signed up for a one-month membership with Regus, expecting a flexible and transparent service. However, I was disappointed to find that instead of the one-month membership I opted for, they charged me for a three-month period without my explicit consent. Service is the downfall of what could be a nice enough office. Anything you need comes at a price or is impossible. And good luck moving out. The building makes coordination with a courier impossible and Regus team won’t help. Nastygram notes all over the floor banning outside food even though they barely have anything worth eating at the little cafe (run by a hostile person). Seriously you can do better for same price.
