We were put at ease when the doc was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what was wrong with our pup. We were so worried and scared for her life until that point and we felt there was hope! Today my four legged is on her way to being herself again thanks to the staff at SVS. I cannot believe how nice everyone was and I even was able to call in the middle of the night to check on my baby. Someone was by her side every minute I was not. Such a relief! Thank you thank you for giving our Eva hope!!♡
Dr. Pelsue and staff are wonderful! They fixed my kitty's complicated broken leg. Staff is always friendly when we come in. All questions and concerns are addressed and I never felt rushed or that I was a bother. Follow up calls were made by staff to ensure that all was well.
Jenna is rehabilitated, she graduated from physical therapy. This staff is amazingly knowledgeable, and friendly. Totally recommend them to anyone with pet injuries.
Lewis had neck surgery. His care was lengthy and complicated. Everyone from the surgeon to the intern to the techs to the rehab folks have been fantastic. Recommended.
From start to finish a great experience . Professional , caring staff , very reasonable fees .Felt completely comfortable with their assessment . Surgery went as planned (phew). Badger is back to his old self after dealing with post fracture issues for a year . Wish we had taken him to Dr Cioffi earlier 😊 Thank you !
