I understand today was Saturday and a very very busy day for them vets and the nurses but spending eight and a half hours at a veterinarian clinic or Hospital in the parking lot waiting for my dog to be seen was unbelievable it was outrageous.... unless it's an absolute downright emergency I wouldn't take my dog there I'm not saying that the vets and the nurses were bad they were good it was just the time frame was just unbelievable..

I brought my netherland dwarf bunny to the Glendale location late one night. Something was wrong with her front leg. They x rayed it and said her elbow is dislocated. The doctor said “this isn’t a common occurrence so I needed to check the textbooks on treatment.” Well that right there threw red flags. So we decided we wouldn’t set the elbow back in place there. I live two hours from Reno in a rural town and called asking what the care offered by the vets here would be versus what my vet had already told me. My puppy tested positive for Parvo. Denise on the phone was rude and dismissive and kept telling me to ask my family vet to do more than they did (which obviously I was calling to see if Sierra would do more because I didn’t feel my vet’s treatment was sufficient) and that the treatment they already offered was not going to “cure” parvovirus but also told me multiple times “I’m ... read more
