The staff, from the front desk to the techs and docs are fantastic.
My dog Charlie had a herniated disc and needed surgery back in April. Dr Pelsue did an amazing job along with the rest of the staff. Thank you all again, Charlie and I just left the park because he was tied from running around. Absolutely amazing he is running around and clearly very happy �
I really liked Dr Johnson, however we got forgot in an isolation room and I was literally scolded when I popped my head out to check, after waiting to take my sick dog home for 45 minutes. My bill was brought to me incorrect x 2. My check out paperwork was brought to me for another dog. They did not have the medication in stock that had been prescribed. However the staff did apologize for the problems.
All of the staff are awesome! They made sure we had all of the information we needed and they treated our pup like a king. Our english bulldog was there for 2 days and we loved that we were able to visit him anytime since they are open 24 hours. I would recommend them to anyone!
