RecommendedWe brought our 8 month old puppy in for an emergency visit because she got into a bottle of Advil. The entire staff at lakeshore has been beyond helpful and kind. They’ve kept us updated every step of the way and even sent pictures of our sweet girl. I can’t recommend these guys enough! Wonderful people that provide the best possible care ❤️

RecommendedI had gone to the other ER vet in town (Animal emergency Center) and after spending a grand, waiting in the car for 6 hours, dealing with rude techs, etc- they said she just had arthritis, gave me doggie ibuprofen and to follow up with my regular vet. My dog continued to decline, was in severe pain, and could not walk or put any weight on her front left leg. RecommendedThis is the best place to bring your pet they trully care for them and feel your pain they are so profecional and Dr. Lane what can I say he is the best neurologist in the world!! his staff is amazing Lynn is an amazing technician all of them!! my frenchie puppie needed so much done from soft palet neuter and airways no other vet wanted to do it due to he also has seasures and they were all scared he would not make it through anestesia I went here and after my amazing experience I will never go else where!!

Our dear Minnie was taken care of for two days, and we never worried that she wasn’t being given the greatest care, or being loved on. Anytime we called, we were given a thorough update on her condition, and we were never rushed off the phone. We were called several times as well, with complete updates. Greetings, I want to be clear that I sent this as an email to Blue Pearl to allow them an opportunity to respond to my complaint - I have waited over a week and never received a response - so, I am going to take action in a different manner.
