I can’t think of a worse place to leave your pet. I was running in for an emergency and the person on the phone was very rude, I then thought it would be ok... since sometimes people can be rude on the phone when they don’t understand well. Then when I was in the parking lot when I call again and the lady was extremely rude when just asking what door to use. RecommendedI had to take my pup, Jada, in the other night due to excessive vomiting. I worked with Dr. Stinnett & several techs/assistants/receptionists - all of whom were absolutely wonderful. They asked very detailed questions & made sure to get her thorough history. It was a bit of a wait which was totally understandable because Jada was stable & some of the other emergencies weren’t. RecommendedAfter a health scare, my primary vet sent my dog and I here. The staff is exceptional. Due to COVID, I was unable to go see my little girl during her 4 day stay, but they sent me emails with pictures to help me get through. Dr. Greene was wonderful and provided timely updates throughout her treatment. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for my sweet Zoey.
I do NOT recommend that you use VSH – they are seemingly reckless, unprofessional, and I LOST MY FUR BABY! I brought my cat on 04/25/20 for asthma to VSH because our vet was closed due to the pandemic. VSH wanted to sedate and X-Ray – but they did NOT weigh her? VSH’s report estimated her weight at 9.9 lbs when she was only 7.1 lbs – which would be a 40% larger cat. Ivy died after being sedated. Is this within normal parameters? RecommendedOur 4 month old kitten was stung in the mouth by a bumble bee hiding in the grass today while we were outside (she had on a harness and leash). None of the 6 Veterinary clinics I called would see her as she wasn't an established patient...we have only had her 2 weeks and haven't gotten her in yet.
