This place is the best of the best. They cared for my baby as if she was their's. I dont have 1 bad thing to say about ANY of the staff. We woke up 1 morning and my English mastiff couldnt walk. we rushed her there, and they quickly discovered she has Wobblers disease. Her being such a big girl (160lbs) It looked very grim for us. Together we ruled out surgery, and the staff worked with our baby to get her back on her feet. Thanks (again) to the gang here for taking care of our girl Sierra! She scared us last night as we thought she had had a stroke. Luckily just a vestibular event. Took her in around midnight, thinking we’d be saying goodbye. Instead, after a few hours at ER, she was home by 10 this morning.
Took my two girls who got in rat poison. they took them immediately and i was out of there in under 2 hours. reasonable price and amazing thoughtful staff. I will no longer go to my vet and wait for an opening. The walk in fee was 15 dollars more than my vet and I did not have to wait.
Your staff have always been wonderful in the care of my senior rescue JRT, Petey. From his ear cancer to his Crushing to his heart pauses and his Laryngeal paralysis surgery, you are so great, compassionate and professional. Last night I came in with my sister who had to put her cat, who was in kidney failure, to sleep. Your staff was so compassionate, professional and made a heartbreaking situation a little better. Thank you for not rushing us and making losing a family member a little easier. <3
Our first time there tonight and it was a wonderful experience. Will definitely keep their number on my fridge. Dr. Rehm and Rheyl took very good care of our girl. She had a stick lodged in the roof of her mouth we could not get out. They gave her a sedative and were able to get it out. She’s all better now but very tired. All the staff there was very nice and caring. Treated our girl like a princess. We highly recommend Sierra V S & ER Center
