This was my first experience ever at an animal hospital. Driving in at 10pm, I assumed we were going to get poor quality care for a really steep price. Sierra Veterinary was just the opposite!!! Everyone was so friendly and loving to my dog and went out of their way to make her comfortable AND save me money. They spent extra time getting to know her so they could get staples in her wound without sedating her. Waited for over 2 hours and my dog didn’t see anyone, they’re super useless and unprofessional. Instead of being helped the staff were in the back laughing instead of prioritizing and helping out patients. I do not recommend this place At all, if you’re going to open a 24 hour vet place you should invest in a better professional staff and actually do your job. You literally have one job and can’t do it right
Came in from out of town to see my son,and my dog got sick and we had to take her to vet on a Sunday. They took the best care of her that was possible. We may not have been able to take her home but they did everything possible and with such compassion.
The staff here was quick, polite and courteous. They treated our dog in a timely manner and the bill was very reasonable, especially for an after hours emergency. I highly recommend this veterinary center.
They took care of my dog ...did all they could after he was hit by a car....very nice loving people. Thank you
