I've been to this place 3 times ,the first two visits have been positive experiences,I took her this past Wednesday 05/20th/20 and it's been the worse , the front desk people that is there sucks , so unprofessional with their bad attitude, I mean I'm paying for their service so why not trying to be nice and answer all the questions nicely... My pup got stung by bee and swelled up like a balloon! The entire staff was so wonderful, friendly and caring!
Went in for an emergency with my dog and they were compassionate, informative, and gave me the peace of mind I needed. I was shocked at the love and care that they not only gave my doggie, but me too. I am pleased with the experience I had here and would go back in a heartbeat if something was wrong. Thank you.
A late night trip to an ER vet is never fun, but Sierra has a fantastic team who I trust with all my dogs.
My pup broke a nail and needed emergency services last night and staff were very friendly and quick. Vet bill was not outrageously expensive.
They want to take your money first before they can treat your pet!! Our dog had her side opened with muscles and fibers showing and they wouldn’t do anything unless we pay half up front ($1200). But banks have long lines due to the virus spreading around, only allowing limited people inside. We couldn’t wait that long, we wanted our dog to be treated immediately so we had no other choices at that time. While going through all of this, Macey, our dog is in deep pain still.
