They want to take your money first before they can treat your pet!! Our dog had her side opened with muscles and fibers showing and they wouldn’t do anything unless we pay half up front ($1200). But banks have long lines due to the virus spreading around, only allowing limited people inside. We couldn’t wait that long, we wanted our dog to be treated immediately so we had no other choices at that time. While going through all of this, Macey, our dog is in deep pain still. RecommendedWe have brought our cat here many times for a chronic condition. I have worried that I might have to do this during the Covid crisis knowing we would have to wait in our car. Tonight we had to bring him out to see them. From the very beginning to the end, they were amazing! Everything about the process was perfect. I have always had a great experience and highly recommended them.
