room needed piant really bad..carpets needed cleaning..mold on the bottom of the shower mat. and if that wasn't bad enough we had a mouse in are room !

So, so bad! Looked nice for the price on hotels.com. We were staying for one night. Needed an indoor pool for the kids and a location near shopping. Arrived and the lady at the front desk was friendly. The elevator was dirty and there was a trash bag full of trash by an outside door. It stayed there all night. No one bothered to pick it up. Our room wasn’t very clean. They were defrosting the freezer and just left it open with towels on the floor. There were no pillows, sheets or blankets for the pullout sofa bed. The worst hotel, my card was stolen 600 dollars I hired a room for four nights and they made me leave my card open to load the deposit. They made two improper charges for 300 dollars each, for a total of 600 dollars, I went down to reception to talk to the manager and he told me that they would be responsible, that I return to Mexico quietly, I did so and today there are 8 days not They have returned my money, I speak on the phone and nobody solves me, they prefer to hang up the call. The worst hotel! Do not stay here!
