We canceled a reservation and they billed us $199.68 and they told us we came to the hotel. The manager said he would call us back and check on our claim and he never called back. Worse ordeal ever and I will inform everyone of the miscommunication and losing my money. When the manager doesn’t do what they are there for it’s a sad day.

Stay away if you value your money. I work nights so I didn't have maid service through the week, so the room needed a good vacuuming and a bit heavier than usual cleaning when I left. I crawled around on my hands and knees picking up most of the bits of popcorn that my kids spilled, but still - $58 cleaning fee. They claimed I broke their sofa, which was a bit uncomfortable but was barely used and definitely not broken by us. $235. No Central Air or Heating .....Wall heater, could not control the temperature in main room and had no bathroom heat, very cold in the Bathroom. The price was good, but I rather have temperature control to have a comfortable stay with my wife.
Take money out of peoples accounts without permission.... stay clear. You have robbed me of nearly £700 . In the uk that is called fraud ... you did not have my permission to take funds from my account .... I paid Thomas cook and you know very well that you can claim you money back so therefore you have had double off me .... absolutely disgusting and what was a lovely holiday for my daughters 18th has been ruined by your hotel.
