The people are rude. We are here for work, we came back to our room around 8 pm. No one cleaned our room, no big deal, but we needed towels and wash clothes. So my husband called the desk and she said, ( we are short staffed, you can come get some clean towels.) my husband said, no I’ve been working all day, in the heat, y’all can bring them to us. They did not clean our rooms. We had two rooms each for two nights. Said that they were short staffed. They came I. Our rooms and took our dirty towels but did not leave any. Told me to come down stairs to get them. I said you can bring them up. She said no and hung up on me. She called back and said she was new and that I was rude. Will we worked 13 hours today.
