RecommendedThis is a wonderful hotel, not a cookie cutter type!
I would not recommend this hotel, they have stolen over £600 from us with no notification and will not respond to any emails to refund us. We fully paid for our room through Thomas Cook, hotels were not allowed to take money from the customers, the Civil Aviation Authority provided all hotels using Thomas Cook of how to claim their money WITHOUT charging their customers. RecommendedGreat place but that didn't say the pool was messed up until the arrival & it didn't get fixed til the day before my family & I had to leave for Alabama 😒
Plastic blankets on the beds, extremely tiny rooms, had to use my body against the door to make it lock, noisy, shower has two options (scalding hot or extra scalding hot). I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. If you can stay somewhere else I definitely would.

Recommendedthe breakfast is awesome...the staff and manager is beyond awesome..they accommodate your needs and if u have a problem they work efficiently to solve it..I give it a five star rating...I never had any problems
I’ve stayed at some bad hotels before but this one took the cake. This place is an absolute DUMP. I would of rather stayed in my car than stay in one of those beat up, gross hotel rooms. There was blood on the wall in the bathroom, wall paper coming off, all the furniture was ripped and torn up. If I was the owner of this place I’d just bulldozer the building down and sell the land. Don’t stay here folks!!!
We get to the hotel for check in, waited about 20 minutes cuz everyone in front of us had issues with their room including one lady that booked a handicapped room for her husband only to find out they gave it to someone else, we finally get to our room, the door is already open, my girlfriend goes into the bathroom to get ready for the wedding we were going to, the toilet was stained with piss and there were 2 pills on the floor
Great place to stay and walking distance to Universal. However I'm disappointed in the lack of communication from this hotel. I've commented and emailed awaiting a response. It's in regards to the hotel withdrawing money from my account 3 months after my stay which was all paid for in May 2019. I don't understand why money has been withdrawn, neither does my bank!
