Had reported a domestic issue that was occurring between the manager Lisa and her wife/ girlfriend as retaliation to that was asked to leave the property and trespassed by the police I had paid for two weeks stayed four days and they kept the rest of my money. Please avoid this place at all costs.
The absolute WORST! 😡😡😡😡 Staff unprofessional. Changed rooms twice. First room was unclean (toilet with dried urine and toothpaste in the sink), and the second room was infested with bugs. TV remote didn’t work, and no one ever came to the room to repair. A complete dump! The entire staff needs to be fired and the hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Brian Moore, General Manager, you need to go too! Your guests should be your first priority.
